What if, in 2050, in my department, Finistère, there were only a handful of milk producers left, in charge of tens of thousands of cows locked up in buildings, alone with robots? The current rate of farm closures is leading straight to the extinction of dairy farms as we know them today. Is this future inevitable? I am making this film so that I do not have to resign myself to it.
