The last of the milkmen

What if, in 2050, in my department, Finistère, there were only a handful of milk producers left, in charge of tens of thousands of cows locked up in buildings, alone with robots ? The current rate of farm closures is leading straight to the extinction of dairy farms as we know them today. Is this future inevitable ? I am making this film so that I do not have to resign myself to it.
