At a time when cities are gradually encroaching on the land, the film sets out to meet farmers in the Rennes basin, taking the work of photographer Christian Raby as its starting point. The film focuses on the daily realities, aspirations and apprehensions of these peri-urban farmers, who are emblematic of an agricultural world undergoing profound change.
